"Minuteman" Tactical Combat Knife

This Minuteman is all business, with a hollow ground tanto blade in bead blasted and hot-blued O1 high carbon tungsten-vanadium tool steel, with a top half-length swage to reduce point profile while preserving strength in the spine of the blade. The blade has several inches of standard serrations, and is a full tang knife: one solid piece of tool steel from point to butt. The knife is bolstered with corrosion-resistant nickel silver bolsters, all dovetailed, and all six bolsters are cold blued to mute the finish. The bolsters bed two pairs of paper Micarta phenolic handle scales that are bead blasted to match the blade and are secured with ten nickel silver pins for absolute rigidity. I included a hint of deep red color in the vulcanized fiber spacers against the tang, which is fileworked. The sheath is one of my positively locking kydex, aluminum, blued steel models with all stainless steel locking mechanism. A great tactical combat knife.

Thanks, S. P.!
